We are currently operating 25 service trucks and tow trucks to provide the most prompt emergency  repairs in eastern North Carolina. Our home office location in Micro, NC specializes in emergency breakdown repairs of all kinds. We are confident that we can provide you with the best possible service in the fastest and most professional manner throughout our service area. We repair 95% of the breakdown calls we receive on-site without towing. However ,we do offer towing as a last resort and for tractor swaps.

We have built our business on quality, prompt service and honesty with all customers. If we feel that another company in the area is more qualified to handle your problem then we will refer you to them at no charge.

We offer 2 different preventive tire maintenance programs or we can tailor one to best service your operation. All of our programs are handled at your locations so you don't have to take your truck out of service to have tires maintained. We do regular yard checks, repairing any problems found according to your specifications. We document all equipment condition and supply you with a computer generated condition report each month showing exactly why the repair was needed and what was done to correct the problem  to prevent a roadside breakdown.

We currently perform yard checks at over 20 locations daily in the Selma, Benson, Raleigh, Morrisville, Garner, Wilson, Rocky Mt, Smithfield, Clayton, Durham, Tarheel, Lumber Bridge,Goldsboro, areas.

We are so confident that we can save you money on your tire cost and reduce your roadside breakdowns and downtime that we do a free initial inspection for the first month with you only paying for repairs performed. At the end of the first month we will send you a complete report on all units checked, showing tread depths and air pressures and all defects found. With that information, you can then decide which program will work best and be most cost effective for your operation.

Most fleets on this program are companies that do not have shops in the area where their trucks are operating or where their managers don't get to physically see the equipment on a regular basis. We inspect every unit for you so you always know your equipment's condition.


* "Tire Maintenance Assistance"

This program compliments your existing in-house programs. It works best with fleets that routinely check the tire pressures while servicing or fueling units. Reports are produced only on units that require repairs, showing exactly why the repair was needed and what was done to bring the unit up to your specifications. This is very cost effective as you only pay for repairs done and every repair caught on the yard is a road breakdown prevented.
